Rum and dried raisin cake: raisins 25.4% (including colza or sunflower oil) – wheat flour – sugar – eggs 14.5% – margarine [vegetable oils and fats (palm – canola oil), acidity regulator (citric acid)] – concentrated butter – Caribbean rum 3% – stabilizer (glycerol) – water – skimmed milk powder – emulsifiers (E471, E475) – salt – raising agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates) – flavor – thickener (xanthan gum) – color (plant carotenes) – natural extract of orange.

Made in a factory where nuts and soya are used.
