Cinnamon raisin cake: Dried raisins (including canola or sunflower oil) 25.3% – wheat flour 17.8% – sugar – eggs 14.4% – margarine [vegetable oils and fats (palm, canola), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), acidifier (citric acid)] – concentrated butter – rum – stabiliser (glycerol) – water – cinnamon powder 1% – wheat gluten – skimmed milk powder – emulsifiers (E471, E475) – salt – raising agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates) – thickener (xanthan gum).
Made in a factory where nuts and soya are used.
