- 1 rectangular Forchy sponge cake
- 220 g de cream dessert
- 200 g melted chocolate
- Chocolate vermicelli
Cut the crust of the sponge cake and slice the cake in equal two parts.
Spread the two parts with jam et put one on top of the other.
Melt the chocolate on a low heat with 2 dessert spoons of water. Once the chocolate is melted, coat the sponge cake with melted chocolate.
Then, sprinkles the cakes with vermicelli.
Once the chocolate is cooled, it is ready to eat.
