Sponge cake: eggs 34% – sugar – wheat flour 16% – wheat starch – water – stabilizers (glycerol, sorbitol) – emulsifiers (E472b, E477, mono and diglycerides of fatty accids) – skimmed milk powder – invert sugar syrup – glucose syrup – raising agent (ammonium bicarbonate) – wheat gluten – flavor – salt – thickeners (carob gum, xanthan gum).
Made in a factory where nuts and soya are used.
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Keep cool and dry. Should be eaten quickly after opening.
